Hi my name is Courtney Caroline, I am the owner of Just Breathe Healings and Certified Crystal Healer.

My goal is to help empower others by guiding them on their own personal journey to stand in their power to uncover and become their true authentic selves.

Over the course of my own powerful journey, I discovered my soul’s light in healing myself and have overcome many things including Trauma , Depression, Anxiety and Crohn’s Disease. Carrying out this journey I would have never imagined how powerful healing myself could be. I didn’t just find myself, I connected with myself.

With the skills and knowledge I have learned over the years I can help and teach others to take their journey and to overcome the obstacles that they may face however small or large they may be.
